Anne Oldroyd

Anne Sturm Oldroyd, 88 of Charleston, SC, passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2022. Anne was born on November 10, 1934 in Morristown, NJ. Anne was a strong, caring woman, with a heart of gold. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She impacted many lives and will be deeply missed. Anne was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Life is not forever, but love is and that will last an eternity. Anne is preceded in death by husband Albert Oldroyd, daughters, Catherine Kerrison and Cynthia Santiago, and sister Wilma Procaccini. Anne is survived by her grandchildren, Annie Kerrison and Charles Kerrison; Great grandchildren Jordon, Isaiah, and Sammy Mckelvey; sister June Bastian; and son in law, Carlos Santiago and wife Gail.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 from 5:00-7:00pm at McAlister-Smith Funeral and Cremation, 2501 Bees Ferry Road, Charleston, SC 29414.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 11:00am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1695 Wallenberg Boulevard, Charleston, SC 29407. The Rite of Committal will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 604 Ft. Johnson Road, Charleston, SC 29412.
