Ann Jacob Weimer Ebel, 87, of Sullivans Island, South Carolina, passed away peacefully in her home, on Friday, October 18, 2024.

Born on December 4, 1936, in Chicago, IL, Ann was a daughter of the late Karlyn Elizabeth Jacob Weimer and George Trumbull Weimer, of Jim Falls, WI.

Ann lived a full life, placing family first. She loved to travel, play and watch sports, go to the beach, laugh, and most of all snuggle with her family and pets. She was a scout leader, coach, mentor and friend. Ann greeted every person she met with a smile, a wave, and "Hello". Her joy was shared with all who crossed her path.

In addition to her parents, Ann is preceded in death by her brother George Trumbull Weimer, Jr.

Ann is survived by her husband of 65 years, Phillip Richard Ebel, her brother, William Jacob (Joan) Weimer, of Chicago, IL.; her sister-in-law, Peggy Weimer, of Menomonee, WI; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Ebel Rosenberg, of Charleston, SC; brother-in-law Thomas Joseph (Betty) Ebel, of Mobile, AL; her daughter, Laura Ann Ebel (Thomas) Lemon of Towson, MD; daughter Mary Elizabeth Ebel of Charleston, SC; daughter Kathleen Louise Ebel (John) Eldh of Charleston SC. 10 Grandchildren; Karlyn Elizabeth Lemon (James) Massey, Alicia Ann Lemon (Michael Timothy) Bojanowski, George Phillip Lemon, David Henry Lemon, Emma Ebel Miller (Philip Joseph) Heinmiller, William Gregory Miller, Charles Harrison Miller, Caroline Grace Eldh, Emily Kathleen Eldh, and Hannah Maeve Eldh. 6 Great Grandchildren; Jacob Massey, Natalie Ann Bojanowski, Josephine Elizabeth Massey, Camelia Grace Bojanowski, Gavin Ebel Massey, and Luke Thomas Bojanowski.

The family will receive friends at a future date in Charleston, South Carolina.
